'.NO PUC TORNAR A CASA.'

No puc tornar a casa (I can’t go back home) are stories of people that are looking for political asylum in Spain. At the same time, it is the portrait of the defencelessness they suffer, in many cases, due to the restrictive policy of the Spanish government towards political refugees.
Four different stories illustrate this reality: Riyadh (Syria) who couldn’t legalize his status in Catalonia and had to leave to Germany; Ali Berthe (Mali) has been living in a Catalan asylum centre for three years but every six months he has to renew his documents; Ahmad Basal (Syria) is living in Salt hosted by a Syrian family and Yarbah al-Monfoud, who was Spaniard until 1975 because he was born in the former colony of the Spanish Sahara, he is claiming the Madrid government to have his Spanish nationality back.
